  8.  Before :    144 - 146 mhz
  9.                  430 - 440 mhz
  10.                  1200 - 1300 mhz
  11.  
  12.  After :     100 khz - 1300 mhz

  15.  The unit powered on:
  16.  
  17.  -press F + FL
  18.  -display show FL -Frequency Lock-
  19.  -then press 2, 1, 2, 6, 1, 7
  20.  -displayed OPEN
  21.  -press F + FL again
